What questions should I ask after a business simulation?
Ask what changed, what the results show, what else might explain them, which tradeoff matters, what the model leaves out, and what controlled test should come next.
How long should a debrief take?
A focused debrief takes 10 to 15 minutes. Use one observation, one evidence, one challenge, and one recommendation prompt. The full claim–evidence–challenge routine can take about 25 minutes.
Can these questions work with any simulator?

Should the team with the highest profit win?
No. Assess the quality of comparison, evidence, reasoning, responsible limits, and reflection. The highest simulated profit can still conceal service, safety, workload, cash, waste, or quality problems.
