Business simulation discussion FAQ
What questions should I ask after a business simulation?
Ask what changed, what the results show, what else might explain them, which tradeoff matters, what the model leaves out, and what controlled test should come next.
How long should a debrief take?
A focused debrief takes 10 to 15 minutes. Use one observation, one evidence, one challenge, and one recommendation prompt. The full claim–evidence–challenge routine can take about 25 minutes.
Can these questions work with any simulator?
Yes. The prompts focus on decisions, evidence, systems, stakeholders, limits, and next tests, so they work across every xdage business simulator.
Can I use the guide without one device per student?
Yes. Project a run or print two result summaries. Groups can analyze the same evidence from different business-function or stakeholder perspectives.
Should the team with the highest profit win?
No. Assess the quality of comparison, evidence, reasoning, responsible limits, and reflection. The highest simulated profit can still conceal service, safety, workload, cash, waste, or quality problems.
